Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AuraWear (“we”, “our”, the “App”) handles information when you use the App to generate wearable textures for Roblox. The App does not require an account, a login, a name, or an email address.

1. Information we process

• Anonymous device identifier. On first launch the App creates a random identifier (an app_account_token) stored on your device. We use it solely to track your credit balance and subscription status on our server. It is not linked to your real identity.
• Purchases & subscriptions. When you buy credits or a pass, Apple processes the payment. We and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) receive the purchase status (product, validity, renewal) to grant your credits. We never receive your full payment card details.
• Prompts & reference images. The text prompts and any image you choose to submit are sent to our generation service to create a texture. Generated textures are returned to your device.
• Photo library. With your permission, the App can read an image you pick as a reference and can save generated textures to your library. We do not scan or upload your library; only the specific image you select is processed.
• Basic technical data. Standard request data (e.g. platform, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.

2. What we do NOT collect

• No name, email, phone number, or account credentials.
• No precise location.
• No advertising identifiers and no third-party ad/tracking SDKs.

3. How we use information

• To generate textures from your prompts and images.
• To manage your credit balance and subscription entitlements.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.

4. Service providers

We share the minimum necessary data with:

• Apple — payment processing for in-app purchases.
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management.
• Our AI generation provider(s) — to turn your prompt/image into a texture.

We do not sell your data.

5. Data retention

We keep your credit/subscription records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. Prompts and images are processed to create your texture and are not used to identify you.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your choices

• You can revoke photo access anytime in iOS Settings.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• You can request deletion of data associated with your device identifier by contacting us.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
